 The
C. A. Woods name may be new to the Heating and Air Conditioning
business in the San Marcos-Austin area, but it is certainly
not new to Texas.
Chris Woods is a third generation
Air Conditioning contractor. Some 40 odd years ago Chris's Grandfather,
C. A. Woods Jr., left Bryant Air Conditioning in Tyler, Texas.
Mr. Woods was a design engineer for Bryant. When Mr. Woods left
Bryant, he founded C. Woods Company in Tyler.
When Chris' Dad, C. A. Woods III,
returned from serving his country in the Navy, he purchased
JP Morrow Company in Alice, Texas. JP Morrow was a full service
Heating and Air Conditioning company. Chris' Dad owned and operated
JP Morrow company for over 20 years before selling his business
in Alice to return to Tyler and take over C. Woods Company from
his retiring Father.
Guess you could say Chris has Air
Conditioning in his genes. Chris has an Associates Degree in
Air Conditioning from Tyler Jr. College and holds a Texas Class
A Air Conditioning License. Chris has settled in San Marcos.
He is dedicated to bringing Central Texas the same quality in
Air Conditioning that his family has brought the rest of the
state.
